Radius Child and Youth Services has been providing help for children, youth and families for almost 40 years. We’ve accomplished great things and have been witness to thousands of inspiring stories of strength, resiliency and hope. But our work is far from done.

Radius is a specialized community-based agency that provides clinical assessment, counselling and support to children, youth and families affected by abuse, neglect and violence at no cost to their clients. With offices in Halton and Toronto, over 550 children and youth received counselling at Radius last year. Sadly, due to an increase in demand and a shortage of funding, many more children are placed on our waitlist for services. We believe that NO child should have to wait!

We are committed to supporting children on their journey to heal from trauma caused by abuse, and we focus on prevention and intervention that helps stop abuse before it happens.

Together, we can do even more. We must invest in research, education and training, prepare for the future and ensure MORE children and youth of the present receive the help they need.

With the support of the Moon in June sponsors and participants, Radius helps children and youth build futures free from abuse and violence. All funds raised at the Moon in June Road Race go directly to providing the specialized counselling these children need, at the time they need it most. Our partnership with the Moon in June has helped thousands of children and youth receive critical mental health services to heal from the trauma they have endured.
